Shipping

We strive to ship all packages within 5 business days of confirming order. To achieve better pricings some items will be offered directly from our suppliers and make take longer to deliver. You will be contacted by email to confirm this.

If item is not in stock you will be offered a new delivery date or alternative product or a full refund. We ship Monday thru Friday.

Our cut-off time for same day shipment is 14:00pm. If you place your order past this time your package will ship the next business day

All orders placed from Friday at 14:00 pm thru the weekend will be shipped the following Monday, with exception to national and major holidays when the shipping carriers are not operating. We only ship airsoft within Ireland.

Please check your consignment before signing for it, as we are not liable for damage during transit. The Customer signature is acknowledgment that the goods arrived in good condition and have not been damaged during transit.

Free shipping on orders over €60. This excludes the following items which can only be purchased in store: All Guns and Ammunition.

Availability

Delivery of goods is subject to availability of the goods themselves. And while we strive to ensure that availability is accurately reflected on the website, stock levels can change between the time an order is placed and the time of expected shipment.

An order is not a confirmed order until payment is taken and an authorization code is granted by customer’s bank.

The processing of a payment does not obligate us to fulfil the goods in question, should the items not be available. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know about the lack of availability and you will not be charged for out-of-stock items unless otherwise agreed.

Ammunition and Guns

Ammunition and Guns are for display and marketing purpose only and cannot be sold online.

Accuracy

We endeavour to display accurate pricing, descriptions & information, images, and availability at all times. However, lighting differences and differences with monitors may lead to the actual colour of the products you receive being different to what you see on screen. Information can occasionally be entered erroneously on the system. In this case, we reserve the right to correct any such incorrect information, which may have been published on our site.

Return Policy

If any item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify corribtackle.com within 24 hours of receipt via email. Once we have accepted the item for return, postage is at customer’s expense. All items are checked before dispatch, to avoid damaged or faulty items being sent. We cannot refund any item(s) that are returned to us in used condition, broken without original box, manuals and or accessories.

We will only offer a refund on goods that are returned to us in the same condition within 7 days of purchase (unless faulty) this includes the display packaging that the goods are sold in. Refunds can take up to 5 working days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

In the event of goods being returned as faulty which are subsequently found to be working properly, we will not refund the price of the goods.

Faulty goods can be returned to us after the 7-day period but we reserve the right to offer a replacement or credit instead of a refund. There will be a re-stocking fee of 10% for any goods returned unwanted.

Defect or damage of the product caused by accident, negligence, misuse, modification, improper voltage, unauthorized repair or alteration will not be refunded or exchanged.

We supply a 7-day money back guarantee on unused, sealed and goods in a new resalable condition with all manuals and accessories. The guarantee does not cover for used, accidental and deliberate damage, tampering with the item or improper use. The item needs to be complete when returning including all accessories, original box and manuals.

None returnable items after day of purchase:

Used clothing, Accessories, Fishing, airsoft, firearm consumables, disassembled products, modified products i.e. Custom spray jobs on guns etc., used firearms, used ammunition, fresh or frozen bait, used electric engines, any batteries and opened packages or any item that is unsellable after returning from the customer.

Warranty’s

All items we supply come with one of the following warranties upon retention of original receipt.

• All airsoft guns 3 months’ warranty for manufacture faults only.
• Fishing tackle, one year with original receipt. Subject to normal wear and tear.
• Firearms & accessories1 year with receipt.
• Airsoft accessories one month
• Unconditional lifetime warranties when offered are directly between the manufacture and customer as per terms and conditions of such warranty’s at the time of purchase by the customer.
• Dead on Arrival (DOA) warranty is 24hrs. Products, which are usually sold with a DOA warranty, are sold cheaper online than products with a standard warranty. Products received by you that or which are dead on arrival (“DOA”) are defined as products that fail to function in the first 24 hours after delivery and are only warranted for 24 hrs. You must notify corribtackle.com that the product is DOA within 24hrs of receipt of goods otherwise you will lose any right to claim.

Please take careful note that the offered warranties do not cover the following actions

• Disassembly by unauthorized personnel
• Unreasonable use or mishandling
• External damage
• Normal wears and tear.
• Introduction of foreign matter to the inner or outer components
• Failure to provide proper care, lubricants, or maintenance.
• Lack of compliance with instructions noted in the product owner’s manual.
• Usage of low quality or low grades Bib’s or the re-use of previously fired BBs.
• Ammunition jammed in gun
• Use of paintball BBs
• Using higher than 9,6v(Ni-MH) and 7,4v (Lithium – Lipo) batteries with all types electric guns.

The guarantee does not cover for used, accidental and deliberate damage, tampering with the item or improper use.

No warranty or refund can be processed without the original invoice.
We will not refund items that are not complete, with original packaging, or in re-sealable condition.

We cannot refund an item that is faulty that we have offered to repair if the item then becomes unwanted unless the item is in as new re-saleable condition including all packaging
If a customer cancel’s an order for whatever reason then a transaction charge and holding fee will apply to the refund amount. The holding fee is 10% of the amount ordered.

We cannot refund any unwanted item(s) that are returned to us in used condition, broken without original box, manuals and accessories. Any item that has been modified, painted, accidental and deliberate damage, tampering with or improper use will void the warranty.
